BTDT That info is for 5 main blocks. Mine is 3 main, was curious if there was hints for that application..Pat

Something that I believe is essential is soaking the rope seals in engine oil for a period of time before inserting them.
Rope seals without lubricant will introduce a LOT of friction making the crank hard to turn.

Hopefully you have selected a shop that needs no hints, but I will add to nissanman's post that the seal should be twisted all around to loosen it before soaking in oil to enable the oil to penetrate.
