Alternator Alternatives

Ray B one of our Canadian members provided me with a lot of great information for alternators. It pretty much covers pre-smog and smog cars. This is for those of you who want to keep as close to stock as you can. You all know by now I prefer the single wire GM alternator but that is not for everyone.
