The best SU needle program I've seen is an excel spreadsheet called SUsearch, and I believe it contains every SU needle available. Extensive search capabilities, so you can get a needle that's "a little richer here" and "a little leaner there."

Versions available for Mac and Windows.

Some of the needles are hard to come by. I've had the best luck with Mini Mania, and Apple Hydraulics.
