It means a person that doesn't care to spend a whole or at any time on the web. :)

Where, like myself check my inboxes daily like regular snail-mail.

Ok...fine..Im here....

I check the forum most of the time..I just dont have anything exciting to say...Like you guys...
I enjoy reading all of the topics..and have learned from quite a few..

I was tempted to write one the other day about new engines ..sr20
ka..etc..but I just got lazy..
Besides I was agreeing with what everyone was saying..I guess
I will break down and reply to it..after this one..

Ok...as far as driving roadsters..you guys are funny talking about me..I was wondering why my ears were ringing..
Now I know why....

I drive my roadsters as much as I can....since I am unemployed
I try to do lots of drives in the bay area....and sometimes just
the neighborhoods..when its just getting dark and its still warm..

As you guys probably can tell..I drive the White 67.5 1600 alot more
than the others...Its not bad ass..but Its fun to drive...it doesnt
make my teeth hurt because it still has the stock suspension..and
I dont feel every bump on the road as much much as the other
roadster...It has a 5sp so its still great on those long drives...like
yosemite..you guys saw the pictures right???

Now the Sora Blue Calspeed 67.5, I have been driving it as well..
I was just at a neighborhood carshow a couple of weeks ago , kinda funny next to these huge American Muscle cars...but it still
got lots of people looking at it..Im also doing some work on the car
so Im not driving it as much as the white 67.5..

I do have other classic cars..that I drive so ... I rotate driving them
whenever I can...

Ahhh so many cars .. so little time... :D

So what do you guys want to know about the side pipe mobile..

RHD.....gets lots of attention.....I will be driving it on sept 13th...
I have it on a schedule...he he he..
I dont enjoy driving it as much as the LHD cars....its still lots of fun..

First off... How much did they run and where and who made em? :)

I might be willing to cut into the fender a little to get a different look on mine. 8) Just got to be careful my wife doesn't burn the back of her leg off. I am thinkining I can use the jack plugs somehow for that additional higher placement support

How hot do they get?

With two pipes, is there enough back pressure?

I dont know how much they where..they were already there when
I bought the car...
Im still not sure I like them...
For one thing I cant lower the car because they will definitely bottom out..on everything ..
It definitely makes the car looks different..

I never had made contact with them getting in and out of the car..
I will have to check and see how hot they get when I drive them
again...

There seem to be enough back pressure...its sounds different...
It runs really well...

Hey Will,

You are right about that...
To not drive these cars is a crime...

I do drive them as much as I can..
I dont know if you have spent much time here in the bay area...
But the drivers here are dangerous...
There is a small window when most of them are at work..
Thats when I like to take my drives....up on hwy 35 and hwy 9..
I dont want to use them as daily drivers because of that reason..
I have a 86 VW GTI that I use as a daily driver and a utility vehicle
to service all of the cars...
Everyday...there are always people cutting in front of me and almost hitting the car..
I already had the rear of the car backed into by a huge suburban,
the asshole just plain didnt see me...and lied to the insurance about it..
If it was one of my datsuns..im might be in jail today...
People here just cant drive ....

Its really scary...dont know how they passed the drivers exam..

Raul,
I'm just giving you a hard time. Roadsters are not good daily drivers, esecially if they have been tweeked out like mine (I hate driving it in traffic due to it being super easy to stall, it sits lower than just about everything else and almost everyone in an SUV doesn't see me. I end up driving like I'm riding my bike in traffic.) My only saving grace is that the car is loud enough that everyone can hear me.
Enjoy the ride.

Will
Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!
