As expected our heater cores are a definitive improvement over the originals. Ours are NOT rebuilt by simply cleaning and repairing a 50 or 60 year old thin vane core. We replace the actual core insert with one that is US made with thicker vanes for life long durability moving a greater capacity of water flow. Our cores also allow more volume of air to pass through the radiant mass to provide you with more heat.
