Added Mikuni 44 PHH Service Manual to the Tech Wiki

For all you Mikuni/Solex lovers-we have added the 44 PHH Service Manual to the tech wiki section under manuals. It is 40 MB's so it may take a bit to download. You should also be able to do a Save As and have a copy locally. You can thank Dave Premo as he was the instigator and directed me on where to get the files.
