Over the past month or so, I recovered my seats, installed my carpet, aluminum door sills, got the seats bolted in, a little bit of weather strip for the doors, and took a short drive around the block twice. Also, received and mounted my license plate, so now it's legal for the streets. Now the brake lights don't work, they did when I installed them, so back to the drawing board.

Life and weather have been getting in the way. Weather turned cooler today, so I drove 'Arthur'. He performed flawlessly, but too many runners and bicycles on the fun roads, so I came home. In a much better mood now. Always helps.

It's hard to not smile behind the wheel of a Roadster... it's my therapy!
Now that the front bumper is gone, I decided to add an aluminum JDM racing tow hook to tie-in with the overall Rally theme of the car. They say it’s good for 4500 lbs … I’m sceptical. More of an optics thing I think

Thinking of seeing the different shades of blue on the cars through the years these cars have s flow to them and it is accentuated to the shades different shades diffappearance of flow,
Absolutely. Some colours seem to make the lines of these cars ‘pop’ more than others. For me, I personally always loved the look of the deep gloss black or silver - Those two colours compliment the lines of these roadsters the best IMHO.

Pauline love blue her car was white at purchase original paint under all the trim and fixtures appears to be either sora blue or the turquoise color she wants something like the nissan blue, I’m leaning to another deep blue and dark tan interior and top speaks elegance to me or a deep maroon with the dark tan…. Oooopsss not my car so she will have to decide by next week… “AKI†is ready for final fitment and color….sorry i have not started a build thread just its alot to do after working the written in journal then here whoosh quite the task well thanks for the encouragement from y’all

Looking good. At least no one is going to mistake your car for an MG when you come up behind them!
