Took her out to a local coffee ‘n cars to meet my buddy’s latest acquisition, an Austin Healey Sprite. The interesting thing for me is how “big” the ‘68 2000 looks next to the Sprite (which I believe is a ‘68 also). The Sprite also has a tiny motor in comparison. We had a fun drive to breakfast afterwards.

Been a great spring and summer of top down driving… 3600km to date,(last year 4200 km) but as the weather slowly turns I decided to put the top up today to extend my driving season just a bit longer. Parked it for the winter last year on October 15. Perhaps a bit longer this fall. Fingers crossed . After some head work last winter, this driving season has been completely trouble free. Car ran great. No big projects planned for this winter hibernation… but something always comes up. More play in the steering than I’d like, so I’ll be investigating that I’m sure. Cars n coffee this Sunday with the local Edmonton Z Car club. Last one of the season
