I got a hilarious response from them that there were none in the Japanese warehouse either.. Of course his English is better than my Japanese, so I shouldn't laugh too hard..
We need to find out what it takes to make vacuum formed Lexan body. Seems like some one would know someone.
That car is sweet !
I will have to dig out my old street R/C car and get it working. Been in store 10 years or so. Hope the newer tires made today will still fit that thing.

If any one is into HO slot cars. This site has a 311 Lexan body for HO cars.

You will need to paint and probably cut out the wheel wells. I ordered a couple. I will post photos when they come in.

Here is a tip for the HO scale slot car bodies. Don't cut them Instead, use them as molds for chocolates - works great! I brought several to Road Atlanta years ago.

Those types of mods are fairly simple and pretty common. Have Dremel, will Travel.

Andy be a happy boy! Again, that car is sooooo lucky to have been saved by you. You should post a Craigslist pic or from when you first got him and show the car now... what a change!

I think I am addicted to making my own t-shirts now.

My Latest two. They actually look much better than the computer rendition from where I had them made.
