Dennis Louthan was good enough to share the following information on using ARP head bolts for your R16. Thanks Dennis.
Here are the numbers you wanted:

You only need the 5.25 bolt if you are going to use the engine lift bracket on the rear of the head. Otherwise you will need 10 5.0 bolts. When I bought mine they ran $60.40 complete. Do order some of their bolt lube, do not use oil between the nuts and washers....It will make a difference in the torque specs and you have the potential to blow a head gasket.
