So what is the skinny on theMotor Power forklift parts? I can tell you that they are not OEM Nissan parts. They are much cheaper than the stock components. Several of us have used these parts with no problems at all. Depending on what you are doing to your R16 makes a difference as to what parts you can use. Datsun Mike was good enough to provide the following pdf with H20 part numbers listed. Click here to view it. They usually want a serial number for the engine you are working on. Tell 'em it starts with a K and the parts you get will work for the R16. For a rebuild of a stock 5 main bearing R16 you can use the following parts:

• main bearings
• rod bearings
• intake valves
• exhaust valves
• valve guides
• valve keepers
• valve stem seals
• valve springs
• valve lifters
• camshaft bearing set
• camshaft
• camshaft gear
• crankshaft gear
• timing chain
• timing chain tensioner
• freeze plug kit

If you are building a stroker motor you can use all of the above plus the following items:

• pistons-all
• ring sets-all
• 5 main crankshaft-PN 12200-E0700(Same number as the NISMO part)

Using these after market parts will save you a bundle on your rebuild. They are just as good as OEM as far as I am concerned. Keep 'em on the road.
