Fred Katz's 1970 2 liter. U20, SUs, with a 5 speed gear box. Exterior color white with a black interior. This car was parted out. Fred hails from the South San Francisco, CA and is a member of BADROC. Fred's comments "I bought this parts car in the late 1970's for the 5-spd trans after my 68 2000 trans blew up. Cost me $175, cheaper than trans parts. The P.O. told me he blew the engine. I stripped what I could, pushing the engine in a garage corner, and sold the carcass. 20 years later I rebuilt the engine for my 66, and it only had a spun rod bearing. A shame to have parted out that '70 as it wasn't so bad off."
