David Chapman's 1966 1600. Purchased 02/2006. R16, twin SUs with a 4 speed gear box. Exterior color red with a black interior. Car has a soft top. No roll bar installed. Car is a daily driver nick named "cali". David hails from Aiken, South Carolina and is a member of SEROC. David's comments "Fellow SEROCer Mike Harper and I flew to California after I bought Cali on Ebay and drove it back to South Carolina. We prepared for everything and only had to reset the timing. She drove flawlessly and is being used as a daily driver while I restore a '70 1600."
