Here are the duration and lift specs on various cams used in both the R16 and the U20 motors. I used to recommend American Cam Grinding out of Glendora, CA to grind you a cam. Joe Bray the original owner passed away and the quality just isn't there any more. I found another fellow through Dave Premo. Spiro Jennings and he is located in San Jose, California. He has many cam profiles on file and should be able to grind you a nice performance cam. Spiro's phone number is 408-313-0145. He dose not have a website. Tell him Dave Premo sent you. Of course several of the vendors carry different cam profiles you can purchase as well.
