I have the Champion 3 row. Dropped right in and seems to help with the cooling.

I have the Champion radiator. Supposedly better made, better warranty. I had heard the racing radiators could have no warranty, which is why they called them racing. Might want to verify.
A OEM recore is up to 350 exchange plus shipping. But bikermike found a local shop with good info and good results:

Wiki has install instructions.

I would go with the Champion as well. Wasn't the fitment between the early and late cars different? Check the champion site.

Is this something I can fairly easily & safely adjust myself ...or should I get the mechanic to deal with it?
If it seems I can do it myself, is there a thread to refer to?
Thanks!
False alarm ... the spacer we thought had dropped to the ground while driving which was helping to hold the non-stock alternator on only dropped part way (another adventure to tell about another time)...and was interfering with the steering mechanism on the passenger side (sorry, too tired to look up the correct part names).

Will correct the "slop" later. Thanks for the help...car back on the road again :)

Can I purchase a distributor Rotor through my local parts store (oreillys / autozone) for my 67 2000? What part number can I use? Interchange?

Im strongly considering buying one of the $25 hardtops for my roadster, but I have no idea how they attached to the car. Can someone guide me? I tried to search but only found questions about the (lack of) seals (which is another issue)

Yes, I've gotten a cap and rotor from Autozone before. The Nissan forklift rotor works too, and that's what I'm using right now. I believe the 1600 and 2000 use the same cap. I bought P/N 15506G.

Our vendors sell them too for pretty cheap.

If you have a Garry Boone/ East Coast EI distributor they have a larger cap. The Wiki recommends a cap and rotor for the 82 B210.
Can be found on eBay, of course.
Always some discussion over aluminum vs brass for contacts.
