Body, interior, transmission, carpet, hubcaps, and maybe some of those nifty wiper shaft boots!

Seriously, what year is the frame from? If you're using leaf springs, the later frames have a torque link to prevent wheel hop. If you're going with an engine swap, may be helpful for traction. Need to use a matching rear axle housing.

are there any options to a torsion link on the originals?

Nothing pre-made I'm aware of. I'm working on a bolt in setup, details in a few months, when it's ready and tested.
