Does anyone know Pat Judson? I bought a gas cap from him on ebay and now he is MIA along with my money and gas cap..... If you know him ask him to resolve this issue.

Aren't you lucky, I bought a gas cap from him mid dec, he doesnt reply to emails, i filed a complaint and he hasn't replied to that either..ugh

Request a reimbursement from PayPal. They will get your money back.

What is this Pat Judson's eBay name? this way we can avoid buying from him.

Got me for a whopping $10.00 on a clock. I'm sure I'll get it back but I'll probably spend $50.00 in time going through all the motions with paypal.

He (or she) goes by gotucovered913 and it looks like it may be someone who talked his wife or girlfriend into letting them use their ebay account to list some roadster parts and then bailed. They had a 100% feedback rating before the roadster parts went up and right after those auctions ended they changed their feedback to "private".

I thought that it was something like that too especially after I saw the feedback was now hidden. Only good thing is they cant sell items when feedback is set to private.

I've started the process with PayPal, have to wait a month or so to get my money back if they weren't scammed as well.

Actually I have had to get several reimbursements through payPal and have no problems doing so. Very easy process. At least it was for me

Paypal has found in my favor every time, so far. They are usually very quick if it's a no show part and no response from seller.
