New Release Of PHPBB3

PHPBB3.04 has been released. In an attempt to stay ahead of the hackers I will be updating the board sometime in the next couple of weeks. I know it will break things as every update before it has. When I do the update I will have to take the board off line for a few hours. I will put an announcement so frequent visitors know when it will happen. Thanks and happy holidays to all.
