Attached are some picture of the " Datsuns at the Glen " weekend.

The order is as follows;

On Friday I entered my car in the "Knapp Vinyards" sporting roadster run. We drove approx 120 miles thru the finger lake wine region and ended up at the Knapp vinyard for lunch . Afternoon was more driving , with 2 laps around the old ( 1948-1952) Grand Prix street course.

Saturday moring at Watkins Glen state park for the all Datsun show and shine. It was overcast since it had poured overninght but no rain.

Saturday afternoon at the track for a car show and 2 parade laps around the current Watkins Glen track .

Saturday night at Hazlet Vinyard for the annual show & shine awards and raffel.

All in we had about 25 roadsters for the weekend

Neat pics. What time of day did you take the pic of the guys in front of the hotel?

I'm going to say between 6:30 and 7 oclock. We stopped by on our way out of the Glen. I have some pic's to post of that nite also........will post them when I get a chance.

Nice pic's Vince. If I'm not mistaken we had 15 Roadsters there for the gathering.

3 less years of rusting vs a 66. Wait a few years, all of them will be 70's.

My Wife Linda took the shakey shot of Joe and Sue. It's one of my favorites too. We were probably doing 35-40 MPH on a rough dirt road, I'm amazes it's as clear as it is.

WTF?? You can't go to the Glen without trying to do a rebuild on a car or something??
