I really like the new Photo Gallery, however, I uploaded a picture to test it out and not I can't find anyway to delte it. is there a secret I don't know about?

I believe I have that turned on for everyone. If not, I will. Under the thumbnail image you should see View/Post Comments. Open that and you will see Options: delete image.
