Saw these rims on ebay... will they fit? Might look nice on a roadster?
OK will these fit?

Re: OK will these fit?
Nope, 13 inch wheels won't clear the brake calipers. The correct fitment for a roadster is a 14 or larger (within reason) with about a +13 offset, and I don't know the backspacing. I've been trying to find some wheels for a little while that will let me run a 205 tire, but I haven't really found anything.

Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!

Re: OK will these fit?
They will fit the early cars with front drums since they came with 13" rims originally.
You would have to know what the backspace and/or offset numbers are to determine correct fitment.
13" rims will foul on the upper control arm if they are too wide, but this is only likely when the front suspension is at full droop.
A better choice alloy would be a 14 x 6" for example.
That extra 1" in diameter allows the alloy rim edge to clear the arm adequately.

175/75 x 13" tyre on stock SP310 rims.

195/60 x 14" tyre on 14 x 6" Watanabe rims.
Note how the tyre bead area of the rim now clears the suspension nicely.

Watanabe alloy wheels have the same offset as the factory steelies, so the extra width is towards the outside of the car.

Clearance to the chassis with the 195/60 x 14" tyre is the same as the stock tyre.
