Been a lerker for some time and thought i should join the fun we all have with our machines! Bought the wifey a 67.5 about 8 years ago and love it! these cars are fun to drive and just tinker with, im hoping by being a member that those with more knowledge can help preserve the fun machine of the past! great site, thanks to all those who make it what it is!

Kinda like buying her a big screen TV or drill press.

I bought my '66 for my wife....seriously. Luckily, she decided I could have it, which relieved me of talking her into a second one.

Welcome. I know Señor Scanlon is in Vancouver, Tom is in Portland, and Leigh and Mark in Hood River.

thanks for the warm welcome all! to answer your question is it hers? well, isnt it all hers? im just the hired hand to drive it and fix it, her job is to be escorted around looking pretty in it, while i spend money on it! been a real nice car, got a few issues to dial in, but all in all its doing pretty good!
