DATSUN SPORTS COMP SPRINGS

Post by SLOroadster »

So I finially got around to installing the lower Datsun Sports springs and I solved the issue of the front end sitting higher than the rear. They feel good. The half inch drop shifts the center of gravity a little forward and brings it down a little. The car now sits really low, but the look is good. I haven't had a chance to really flog it yet so I'm not sure how much better it will feel, but I can already say that they are better. It feels more stable and nimble. I think they are a good upgrade and would go with these over the nissan comp springs.

Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!

Personally I'm sticking shackles on the back of the ratster and air shocks so I can fit on my chrome reverse wheels and babymoons. :P That and some "madawg 60's" and a pucca shell necklace and I'll be already for the 70's show. I wonder if I can still drive stick in platforms.

Happy New Year!
