I wanted to just thank everyone in the roadster community, and mostly the members of the 311s web sight. I am a new Roadster owner and everyone has been so helpful and kind. When I first purchased my car, I was very discouraged when I could not find the parts that I needed. A very kind man I bought a hard top from turned me on to this web sight and it has made my life a whole lot easier. Again I want to Thank everyone here for all their help and kindness. It is like a big extended family. God Bless you all.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,
Desi

RE:Thank You
Desi,
We are glad to have you. There are people from all over the world on this forum. And there are lots of great ideas and information shared as well. I learn alot from the discussions. There is an older, more established "roadster list" as well. There are instructions on the main site for signing up on it. Any way, welcome and ask away and someone will try to answer you.
Steve

To desilove and Jorge0227, et al-
Speaking strictly for myself, as I read your questions, it makes me exercise my brain cells. It has been said that doing crossword puzzles is a good way for people to keep their minds active. It is, but relating to Roadsters and their owners is more interesting for me.
I don't post many pictures here, but if anyone wants to see the project I've taken upon myself, I have some posted at:
http://www.users.qwest.net/~buckymac/
My daughter is helping me with a very basic website. It will end up being very crude, but then you get into that whole "old dogs, new tricks" thing. In the meantime, the pictures are posted there. There isn't a system on the car that isn't scheduled for a complete make-over.
I would like to do SCCA-type road racing at some point in the future, and I don't want to do stuff twice, so what I'm doing is geared (get it?) toward that end. If I only autocross, I shouldn't need to worry about what I've done to the car.
