Toolkit Inventory Sheet

This toolkit inventory sheet was remade and is on the WIKI Manuals page. http://www.311s.org/PDFs/RoadsterToolKi ... ryOrig.pdf It was in a 1966 1600.

Were all the roadster toolkit sheets like this?

Do you have the dimensions of the tool kit sheet? I would like to have it reproduced. Do you know the original color?
