Hey who all is going to be out attending or showing at the JCCS in Long Beach on 10/6? I'll be out there manning out booth a bit as well as shooting photos and wandering the crowd getting coverage for print and online.
I'll be looking for at least a couple of feature cars for the magazine as well. Even if you aren't showing if you have a rare roadster or something I just gotta see.. bring it out!

We haven't had a good roadster feature and I'd love to see one in the next few issues!
I'd love to meet some of the other roadster owners even though my own 67.5 project is on perma-hold for at least another 12 months while I build one of my other obligations to the magazine.

I'm in for attending, but the mandatory 'arrive before 8am, must stay till 3pm' didn't fit with rest of the day plans at home.
Whose up for a beer at the Yardhouse, first round is on me! My roadster will be hiding out in the parking lot (maybe with Chris's)

For those of you traveling down to LA for the JCCS show, it's well worth it. Terry and Koji put on a great show. I would be going, and this is the first year I am going to miss because of the following:
That Saturday and Sunday I will be racing my Roadster about a hour and a half south of Long Beach, so go to the Japanese car show on Saturday and come watch a roadster race on the tarmack on Coronado.
This is a great spectator event, and I hope that a few roadsters can make it to the race Sunday.

I'm going to miss this one but will be making up for it in Tokyo. I'll be drooling over the latest Sukaji's and Zetto's on my 2 weeker vacation there. You'all have fun now!

Ok I'm jealous... you win!
Can't wait to see you guys out there. I googled the yardhouse and I might just have to tag along. Any place with that much beer is just A-Ok in my book! Definitely please stop by the booth and introduce yourselves and point out your cars to me. I'll be in the booth or wandering getting pics and what not. I'll be the younger pale boy with the sideburns and Nissan Sport tshirt

RON!!! Tell us where to go for the Coronodo race. Can you get us in to the paddock so we can see you and the roadster up close? Any suggested locations for camera/video shots? What is the schedule so we can see you?
We plan to drive down Friday pm, go to JCCS SAt and watch you at Coronodo Sunday!

Alvin and all, here is a link to the website. That lists the schedule, times etc. We are practicing several times on Friday and Saturday and will be racing in the afternoon on Sunday.

Coronado is the "island" across from downtown San Diego (cross the Coronado bridge) off the 5 freeway. It is a great venue with grandstands, the website has a track map and really good bleacher seats where you can see the whole track.
We are running in Group 5. Small bore production cars.
This is a Steve Earl event, like the monterey historics and the pit and paddock area will be open so be sure and come by and say hi. Hopefully I can use this as a spring board to go to the historics.
There are several car clubs that park together and get preferential parking at this event. So you would be able to park with other Roadsters at this event. I would suggest contacting Joe roach:
jroach@qualcomm.com or
http://groups.msn.com/sandiegodroc.
This event is a real spectator event with 10 thousand spectators showing up for this event.
Thank you guys for your support!!
