Wheel Experts! I need some advice.

Is this Ebay auction for real?

I know nothing about wheels except they are fundamental to vehicular transportation. I purchased a 69 SPL rolling chassis parts car early this year and after seeing this auction I took a closer look at its wheels. They are identical to those being auctioned. Are they really as rare and as valuable as this seller suggests? If so should I spend some $ and have them refurbished. They don't appear to have any dings or defects and they sorta look ok.

I'd appreciate some more knowledgeable advice.

Those look a lot like a set of Appliance Radiators. I don't know for sure if they are real American racing wheels. I'm sure they would work since they sound like they came off a roadster to begin with. The auction has ended so I don't know if this is relevant anyway.

To finance this resto may be I should look for the Everwings I removed from my first roadster 35 years ago. They are some where back on the ol farm!
