Found a 240Z

Hey Y'all,
I am looking at buying a 1973 240z. It has been sitting about 10 years with a rebuilt motor in it, has not been ran for at least 10 years. The motor was rebuilt; the lady found a black widow in it and has not gone near it since. Been sitting in a field. The paint is faded, a bit of rust on the back by the lift gate. It needs a lot of TLC. Anyone know a fair price for this car? This is a friend so I want to make a fair offer.
