Reffiting the tranny's rear extention
Posted: Thu Oct 16, 2003 6:05 pm
Once again I call all Roadster gurus!
I removed the rear extention of my Servo 4-speed to replace the gasket, and when I put it back, the control arm that connects to the stick shift doesn't move neither side-to-side nor front-and-back. I don't know if I hokked the rod inside wrong, and if I did, how it should go. I didn't take any gears or internal components because the tranny is clean and shows absolutely no wear.
Can someone help me???????? If you give me an e-mail address I can send some pictures of the problem area. Thanks!
