Failure Notices On Hotmail Accounts

In the last few days I have been getting lots of failure notices from those people using hotmail accounts. Not sure if 311s.org is black listed by them or what is going on. Any one else see any thing unusual with their hotmail accounts?

Yeah...Hotmail did an upgrade/deactivation process at the beginning of february.

Yes, I did a little research last night and it looks like they have tightened down their anti-spam blocking. You may be able to go into your account and add 311s.org as a legitimate sender in your email filter. Until then I will continue to get emails reporting a delivery failure from any auto-generated emails coming from 311s.org notifying you of topics you are watching or private emails. Not much I can do about it on my end. It may not help that the mail server and my domain host are in Hong Kong.
