How can I make my personal album public? Is there an instruction page somewhere?

Your gallery should be viewable by anyone as it works right now. http://www.311s.org/phpBB2/album_person ... user_id=23 Using this address any one should be able to view your photos.

Those are photos that are not from the personal galleries.
