Unable to Connect to 311s.org

Steve,

Been having a bad time trying to access 311s.org from my home DSL connection since the recent Taiwan earthquake which happened after Christmas.

Ran a traceroute utility and found that the connection is hitting major roadblocks in Montreal and Asia. Is 311s.org physically hosted in Asia?

Anyhow...any tips/tricks of how to alternately access 311s.org via a different route?

Yes, it has been terrible but I thought we were out of the woods. I guess not yet. There was major damage to the fiber optics carrying the internet in that part of the world. Sorry for the inconvenience. And--no, there is no alternate route.
