BADROC - Breakfast - Dec 9th @ 9:30AM - The Pantry,San Mateo

Post by datsun65 »

I'd like to invite everyone to a Datsun breakfast on Saturday, December 9th @ 9:30AM at:

Pantry Family Restaurant
3799 S El Camino Real, San Mateo, CA
(650) 345-4544

The Pantry is an old-school breakfast place with some awesome meals. It's a small place so come early if you can..The restaurant is near the Bay Meadows racetrack in San Mateo.

If you plan on attending shoot me an email so I can give the restaurant a heads-up.

Thanks,

Dan

Judging by the sign, guess they serve hamburgers for breakfast, too. :P

And when you've finished breakfast, walk two doors down to the Mexican place for lunch and cervezas. Muy bueno!

This place is classic..

Vintage viynl table cloths and patchwork linoleum flooring which, in spots, is worn down to the old 1950's tile flooring underneath. How many places do you know of which still advertise that they have air-conditioning?

Well, up here in Washington - very few! :P

Can't make it the Dec 9th, but maybe I can convince my in-laws to go there for breakfast on Saturday, Dec. 30th. Debbie and I are comin' down for dad's 80th birthday...

...that and Bluebie's owner is giving me a free NOS PL411 tranny mount.
