Hmmm... What is it? I can't get it to load...

Years ago we had a cannonball run event up in the northern territory where they have unlimited speedlimits.

One of those things that seemed like a good idea at the time... If I remember rightly they stopped the event and decided not to do any more after a couple of guys in a Ferarri F40 crashed at 300kph killing themselves and an event official at a checkpoint.

When I posted it, the link was active. It was for the Cannonball run in Australia. It wasn't cheap, but sounded like fun!

I found a new link - apparently it is happening in 2007!
