It will probably work with the R16 radiator but I suggest getting a bigger one. My race car was overheating with the U20 and stock radiator. I switched to a larger radiator and now it stays cool on the hottest days.

My tranny mount consists of four of pieces of angle iron, some bolts, and some rubber shock absorber end bushings. I bolted one angle to the tranny and the other angle to the stock tranny steel mount. The second two pieces of angle were welded on the others so that they ended up with parallel surfaces. Holes were drilled through the angle and rubber bushings placed between the angles and underneath the bottom angle. The bolts insert from the top and have a large washer under the bottom bushing.

I think any low pressure electric pump will be ok. I used a couple of different generic pumps from the auto parts store with no problems while running the mikuni 44's on my hot race U20. Make sure to use a fuel pressure regulator.

I read somewhere that an older Civic one works fine, so I got an aluminium one from ebay. It's about 1/2" too tall and as wide as stock. I'm thinking about making brackets to tilt it back a bit. I'll let you know how that works out.
