Lower fender mounting bolts

Can anyone tell me the head size and thread size, even the length of the two bolts that mount the front fenders to the underside of the rocker panel? These are the ones I'm referring to:

I am patching the rocker and want to weld in some nuts to accept similar sized bolts to the originals if at all possible. I'm also patching the lower fenders, so I could actually use any size and location for the bolts, but I'd like to keep them original-sized if possible.
