Does that vent looking thing between the hood and windshield fit all roadsters?

There were a couple of variations. Unless I am mistaken, all from the high windshield cars are the same though.

4 variations of cowl grill seemed to be used.

The 1st cowl grill from the SPL310 was used on the SP311 up to E#R40000.

2nd /3rd cowl grill (non-interchangeable with the 1st above) was for low windshield SP311 E#R40001 to Sept 67 (and low SR)
(2nd and 3rd were interchangeable with each other)

4th variation for high windshields (non-interchangeable with all above) was from Oct 67 -onwards.
