What is the rarity of a factory am fm radio in a roadster for 1967?

Ultra-super-impossible rare....

The 1967 datsun only came with an AM radio. No FM radio was available.

Not only that, there were not more than a dozen fm stations on the dial and most if not all were east of the Mississippi.

True, no AM/FM was offered, but there is good news. If you find almost any 70's or 80's standard AM/FM radio out of a Japanese car, they are a standard face size. The back is sometimes different. If you get an early Datsun one, the stock AM faceplace can be used - the only give away is that 3 or so of the buttons have FM on them in white. Most folks miss it...

I actually have the only factory am/fm stereo for '67 in my roadster
...I've got several similar Datsun AM/FM radios...but they are all from later 1970's models. Both my 67 2000 and my old 67 RL411 came with AM/FM decks...but both were from later vintage model Datsuns.

Alvin I believe I also have the same model Radio you have in your roadster..but when I matched it up, I think it was from a Datsun 610..

Alvin...I must be mistaken...

You radio is not the same as my 610 radio. Your radio is truely unique and rare. If I had two sets of everwings, I'd gladly trade for such a rarity.

But, alas...I traded my last set of everwings for a vintage factory NOS 1967 Roadster radar detector & alarm system. Darn....
