1968 Datsun 2000 SRL311 U20 Engine Transmission

Howdy,
My uncle would kill me if he saw this so don't tell him.
My uncle inherited this car from grandfather after he passed. Now my uncle is old and gave me the keys to restore the car. I promised I would never sell the car but I definitely would engine swap with an sr20de.
I would like to offer someone the chance to take entire power train. 40,000 miles. No accidents. Dual carbs. Motor. 5 speed. Everything!
I am putting an sr20 power train into this car. I have exactly no idea how much money this would even entertain (parting out I mean), so I am requesting any and all advice. Just be nice. I don't need hate.
