All four of the chrome taillight bodies/bezels are in rough shape on my 70 1600. Short of finding new ones (I've seen them listed for upwards of $400/set), can these be restored/polished/re-chromed? I live in California so I have heard rechroming is hard to find. Has anyone had these rechromed outside of California and was the cost less than purchasing new ones? Thanks in advance for the input.

Hit up Solex68 on this site. He has had many sets available both here and on eBay. Snagged some for myself about 8 months back.

Anyone painted the headline bezels the same body color ? Wonder what it looks like ,like a 240z
In 92 or 3 I took mine to a semi bumper restorder, ( 80% of his work ) he did my lite bezels re nickeled plated to fill the rust holes looked like new & still do , $70 as I remember
