Any $ increases for 311s ?

Our property valuation s , have in last 2,3 yrs has gone skyward. Are 311s out in California gone up ,? I'd think they would , I may try to move mine out there, that was the plan yrs ago and would for the right price

Prices are always transient.

However, after peaking during Covid, prices of Datsuns (Z's, 510, Roadsters) are generally down over the past 12-18 months.
