The Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion is August 14-17 at Laguna Seca! A total of (4) Datsun roadsters will be racing in the John Morton Cup (Group 3). We are preparing and providing trackside support for Adam Carolla's #44 BRE Datsun 2000 Roadster! This is the 1968 SRL driven by Frank Monise and John Morton, battling privateer Jack Scoville in the 1969 SCCA season.

Group 3 starts around 1:16

I watched the replay of the live feed this morning and the commentator, Kev Harris didn’t mention the word “Datsun” once. Even when he gave the overview of John Morton’s career and listing his cars, he only mentions Peter Brock in passing. Maybe I’m being overly sensitive LOL.

Unfortunately this is par for the course when it comes to commentating on Datsuns at these events. It's annoying, and a bit disprespectful.
