U20 gasket .svg files or traces

Hi, has anyone ever pulled the various small gaskets into vector (.svg) format or done scans/traces of new ones into digital format?

See my other thread on the locked up U20. I don't want to spend massive $$$ on new set since it might not be worth fixing. I have a laser cutter and a 3d printer (prints tpu rubber).

Will see if any of these are salvageable.

Also what gaskets are required vs just Permatex. Mainly thinking of water pump, oil pan, valve cover, timing cover etc I might need to take off to free it up.

Thanks

First, scan the gasket using a home or Kinkos scanner to create a PDF. Then, import this PDF into SolidWorks as a background image. Next, trace the image, ensuring accuracy. Finally, export the traced design into a file compatible with a laser cutting machine. You might also find Adobe products useful for these tasks.

It's worth noting that eBay sellers already offer pre-made gaskets for sale, in case you prefer a ready-made option

What gasket would you print with tpu rubber?

Thanks, I don't have the intact gaskets to scan but might do the paper trace method on the block if needed and go from there.

Not sure on the tpu but I have heard of people using it for some gaskets in other application.

Since this motor was totally locked up was looking for an option if I can get freed up to put back together cheaply for now.
