rear sway bar?

I'm helping a friend dispose of some extra parts. This looks like a rear sway bar. Is it for a Roadster? TIA Pat

There never was a factory rear sway bar and several aftermarket ones. The first thing would be to measure the width to see if it is narrow enought to clear the springs. My guess is its not a roadster bar, but maybe.

How would it be hooked to the springs ? Swaybars are designed for independent susp. rides ( lite system where one side can start hopping and opposite is smooth)
A traction bar is probably needed on some of the high perf swaped eng.

It's hard to gauge the width of the bar from single photo. Best to slide underneath your roadster and size it up.
Rear sway bars could be fitted to any car with a solid rear axle.

There are several styles of rear sway bars for the roadster, some aftermarket and some home brew:
