IGNITION 1/18 Fairlady 2000 scale model!

Post by Alvin »

Ignition just released a new 1/18 scale model of the '67 2000. It looks fabulous and even comes with a detailed U20/5-speed with Solexes. Enjoy!

Thank you, Alvin! She's gorgeous with super detail (even posties and twisties), but Ted will not be pleased with the fuel cap orientation.

Rad!

edit: Holy Crap! I just saw that they cost 360! Dollars!

I wonder what my old Japanese plastic '67 2000 model is worth?

Now that is something well worth getting! Fantastic! Normally I don't consider getting something like this but I want one. I notice they even have the ports for the smog air pump cast into the head... but blocked off! HA! Guess the owner blew up the original head (evil L?) and had to source a later head... just like "real life" for many of our cars

Heading over to the website... thanks Alvin!

Yep, pretty cool... I did not realize they had other Roadsters... and just about any car you might Want! But yes, pricey (especially since I'd want to play with mine!) and the fine print needs to be read... still very cool!

Greg, talk about an eye for detail! I didn't notice the ports until you mentioned them. Amazing details on the engine. Light years beyond the Revell and Ertl models of my childhood. Of course, they were also $10.

Wait minute - the engine has Mikunis but no comp oil pan? I'm out...
