Hard top restoration Q (1967.5)

Hi everyone! New member and happy to be here. I am having my 1967.5 (low windshield) stripped and repainted right now (fully restored by the previous owner), and when I purchased the car about 7 years ago I also got the un-restored hard top that has been sitting in my garage ever since. I have dropped this off to be restored and repainted with the vehicle, but I don't know what seals I need to buy so it will fit on the car. Can someone help point me in the right direction?

Based on Googling photos of the 1600 hard top, it looks like some of the hard tops have a chrome piece that goes around the windows whereas others do not - I would be keen to get these chrome parts if anyone knows where to buy them?

Full disclosure - I am not sure if this is the original hard top or not, maybe it is? Does anyone know if the OEM hard tops were fiberglass? I am told based on the soft top model number that is the OEM original for my car. I'm also looking for someone who could restore the soft top, if there is a specialist out there who works on these?

Here are photos of the un-restored top (fiberglass) and then the current restoration / paint to match the rest of the vehicle.

Thank you so much!

That is an aftermarket top. The OEM hard tops were fiberglass. The shapes are different. Even if you found the stainless trim, it would not fit unless you did major work

CHROME VINYL EDGING (LIKE FOR A DOOR EDGE) IS PRETTY COMMON TO USE ON THE "MATING" LIP
