It hasn't been posted. I believe at least two of the initial four have been spoken for.
Here is his 311s profile, message him.

Hi all,
I just have two of my prototypes left. There are not the same quality that were sold at Datsunparts but I made them for those who just wanted something to fill that empty space on the dash. I figure that someone might want them so they can move forward with project. it needs to be vinyl covered or texture coated for a near factory look. Also, you will need to drill the holes as they do not have any for the mirror , front mounts, or under side of the dash.

I installed mine from Ray without any additional vinyl covering.
It's fairly easy to put it in place and drill up from underneath the dash on the passenger side for 2 twisties and rhe mirror holes. The drivers side requires some good 3D geometric targeting.
