Steering gear nut size?

Does anyone know the correct size/thread/pitch of the large nut on the steering gear that holds the steering arm on? Datsun part number 00911-05210. I've done several searches and can anyone confirm whether it is (M20 x 1.50) or (3/4"-16)?
