What's the group preferred coil replacement? My is leaking oil.

If you want stock NGK makes them. Bought mine direct from their web site.
66 stroker, almost done.
67 basket case, paint coming soon.

People used to cut the top off a Coors beer can and slide it up the bottom for this ...looks kind of kool
Back in the day 60s - early 70s it wasn't a bad idea if you were in the extreme heat , our Trans tech had one on his 67 alfa 1750cc 16v .
He was an Army Ranger in Nam the army engineers instructed the guys that drove to place it on there coil with a pitcher like spout
,have a musterd squirter bottle of water to squirter in the can to cool the coil on 105+ days. The ign often went south from the heat esp. on V8s with coil on the intake

Standard Ignition has coils, electronic or points it makes a difference. If you are points just use the recommended coil for the roadster and if you have an electronic distributor use one from a 280Z as they were all electronic distributor in the Z’s per the Standard Ignition catalog.
