Well TOGGLE me silly, this is the most comprehensive switch guide to date! Well done and I'm sure it will be referenced for years to come. If you want better photos than the ones I supplied I'm sure folks will chime in.

I've never seen the 2 terminal switch in the middle. The headlight switch can be used in place of all switches. The switches are all the same internally. They just put fewer terminals on.

The only thing that I think could be added is that the 65 1500 had the switches in a different order IIRC...

The 65 uses an S2 switch for the one speed wiper. The switchplate order is headlight, wiper, heater, and fog

Curtis... hmmm... maybe we’ve uncovered a difference between 66-67 and 67.5 switches, at least regarding the TYPE S 1 switches.
I have 2 sets of 67.5 anti-dazzle switches and both TYPE S 1 switches are the same. They are both different from my 66 TYPE S 1 switch.
And the 66 TYPE S 1 switch is ‘the same’ as all of the TYPE S 3 and TYPE S 8 switches. So maybe Niles had to switch things up to get the TYPE S 1 in anti-dazzle? Or just a new design?

Looks like Datsun went cheaper on the switch. Can't stand all the anti dazzle stuff. Just a pain to deal with if you ask me.
Give me a 67 half year and I'll make it shine, don't care. I know of one or two people that will come up and start pointing out all the things that are wrong. Unless I ask you you won't like my response.

Hello, I’m new here so haven’t figured out the form yet. So, please excuse me for any faux pas. But does anybody know if there is a difference between a 67.5 wiper switch and a 68 or 69

Only IMO, the finish is conforming to ever-changing regulations, not aesthetics. (and likely budget) Trying to keep imports rolling with pressure for safety tweaked: anti-glare finishes, black bezels, twisties, belts, additional/larger exterior lights, anti-glare headlight buckets and for 510's and trucks--bumper heights (especially 510's, resulting in odd/different springs), not-to-mention the roadster's numerous electrical harness tweaks required.
